Results may reveal unexpected or sensitive information. 

Participation is voluntary and requires informed consent from all parties involved. 

Legal chain-of-custody testing necessitates identity verification and documented procedures. 

Results are provided by third-party laboratories and may not be altered or interpreted by HelixCore Diagnostics. 

You release HelixCore Diagnostics from liability related to test outcomes, interpretations, or subsequent actions. 

Consent must be obtained from: 

All adult participants 

Legal guardians of minors 

Authorized representatives for legally required cases
