Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Appointments canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled time may be eligible for rescheduling.
   
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may forfeit fees.
   

• DNA testing services are generally non-refundable once sample collection has occurred or kits have been shipped.
   
• Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service completion.
   

Refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion in cases of:

• Duplicate payments
   
• Service inability due to administrative error
   

All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
